Is the iMD App good for USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK?
Absolutely. The app includes every major USMLE resource: UWorld Step 1, Step 2 CK and Step 3 QBanks, AMBOSS knowledge library and QBank, Sketchy Micro/Pharm/Path, Boards & Beyond video curriculum, Pathoma, First Aid, and UpToDate for clinical context on rotations.
Does it cover PLAB, AMC and MCCQE?
Yes. PLAB candidates get PassMedicine, BMJ OnExamination and Plabable. AMC candidates have AccessMedicine and Osmosis. MCCQE candidates get CanadaQBank and UpToDate. All included in every subscription, with no extra cost.

Getting started

How fast is activation?
Most accounts are live within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, with a guaranteed maximum of 12 hours. You receive your login credentials and a step-by-step install guide via WhatsApp and email as soon as your account is ready.
Which devices are supported?
iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android phones and tablets, Windows PC, macOS and any Chrome-based browser. One login works across all your devices and you can switch freely between them at any time.
Can I share my account with friends?
Each subscription is for one person on all of your own devices. Simultaneous logins from multiple people can trigger security locks from the resource providers. If you have a study group of 5 or more, message us for a group discount.
What if the app stops working during my subscription?
We guarantee uptime for your full subscription period. If a resource becomes unavailable for any reason, we will restore access or provide a proportional refund. Message support on WhatsApp and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
Payment & refunds

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and USDT), and trusted local payment methods in most countries. Just ask us which option works best where you are.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the app doesn't meet your needs within the first week, message us on WhatsApp and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
No. You pay once for the period you choose. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is ever charged without you explicitly asking for it. We will remind you before your plan expires so you can decide to renew or not.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Start with 6 months and want to extend? Message us — we will credit your remaining unused days toward the 1-year or 2-year plan. You only ever pay the difference.
