Corrupted download
Press and hold the download button for 5 seconds to delete temporary files and restart the download. If that does not resolve it, go to Account → Delete Temp Files and try again.
Login error
This usually means the account is still active on another device. Each account supports one active device at a time — log out on the old device, then log in on the new one. If you no longer have access to the old device, contact support and they will reset the session.
Activation code not accepted
Make sure you are pasting the code into the search field on the app's first page (this is the intended activation method, even though it looks like a search bar). Check for extra spaces before or after the code.
App closes after entering the code
This is normal behaviour — the app closes to apply the activation. Simply re-open it and log in.
